Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning are some buzzwords that highly impact our daily life. From targeted ads, voice assistants, banking, finance, security, and healthcare, AI is present everywhere.
To help us understand AI better, the Computer Vision Research Society (CVRS) brings to you a session by Amardeep Sibia, Founder & CEO of Drishya.ai, a startup that aims at making energy more intelligent using AI. Amardeep spent over 17 years in Goldman Sachs in the US, UK, and India where he led various engineering and operations teams. Subsequently, he was the CTO at Earth2Orbit and CEO at SatSure, both companies dealing with satellite data analytics. With an international experience of over 25 years, he is also an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Along with that, he is a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry’s National Committee for IT and also a mentor at Techstars Bangalore.[/font][font]
Amardeep would be sharing his experiences while focusing on Building Ventures Powered by AI and the Application of AI/ML in Energy, an industry where technology needs to be leveraged desperately.
