Greetings from FitBITS,
This Sunday (29th May), FitBITS, the fitness club of BITS Pilani, is organizing another refreshing running session. The session begins with a warm-up followed by brief discussion about running techniques,
followed by a 3.5km/7km run and a set of cool down exercises to wrap up the session.
There are absolutely no prerequisites. Regardless of whether you are a beginner or a marathoner, everyone is encouraged to come for the session. Students, faculty, family of faculty, and staff, are all invited.
The session commences at 6:30PM from Gym G. The route will be informed before the run begins.
So, whether you are looking to stay in shape, or just have a relaxing activity, join us for a run and become FitBITSians!
