Congratulations! We are delighted to welcome you to one of the most prestigious colleges in the country and we hope you have an enthralling and amazing experience on campus.

Do these names excite you? Well, guess what! You already have so much in common with them! Confused? We are proud to state that these are distinguished alumni of our very own institution. If you want to engage with such established alumni, the Student Alumni Relations Cell might just be the place for you.
We, at Student Alumni Relations Cell, work towards bringing students a step closer to the college’s much-appreciated alumni who have established themselves globally across different industrial domains and verticals.
More recently, we have had the opportunity to host and conduct events with
Mr. J.C. Chaudhry- Founder, Aakash Educational Services Limited, Mr. Rahul Tewari - Director of Engineering at Microsoft Azure, Mrs. Sanskriti Dawle- Co-founder, Thinkerbell Labs (Shark Tank), Mr. Aditya Ruia- Founder, Beco and many more.
The projects that we work on are a culmination of different skills and a combined and collective effort is what brings most of them into existence. Their execution requires collaboration between verticals more often than not. Here is a list of them:
·Yearbook and Batch Snaps: We are responsible for conducting the 'Batch Snaps', and publishing yearbooks which oversee the handling of snaps of over 30 branches and a student body of nearly 1000 individuals.
·Yearbook Portal: The yearbook portal (which had over 1200 users last year) and our portfolio website.
·Dialogue: A closed-door networking event-an event focused on giving students the chance to have personalized interactions with successful alumni of BITS Pilani.
·Reunions: We help organize the silver, ruby, and golden jubilee reunions each year by managing the on-ground logistics.
·BITSians' Day: Celebrated every year, this year BITSians' Day witnessed stellar alumni from different domains narrating their campus experiences.
·Life in a Dash: is an initiative where students get a chance to meet alumni from a particular field or domain of work through a sector-themed panel invited to a discussion and interaction with young students.
·Director’s Tea Party (DIRO): Conducted for the graduating class each year, it is marked by an overwhelming exchange of addresses between professors and students.
·Podcast: Our podcast, BITS and Beyond, has uncovered the journeys of our alumni excelling in their respective domains. Some prominent names we hosted over our podcast include Mr. Mayur Patnala, the Nirmaan organization's co-founder, and Soumitra Saxena, lead Technical Director at Dreamworks.
