Greetings from the Department of Audiforce!
Hope everyone is excited for the Bollywood Nite Prof show featuring Benny Dayal on 25th September, 2023.
Please follow the instructions below for the same:
 

1. Entry will start at 7:20 P.M. from two points, via the Saraswati Temple Road and via the BET Road (MedC Circle)
   
2. People coming from Shankar, Vyas, VK, Bhagirath, Ashok, Rana Pratap, SR & CVR Bhawans are advised to enter via the entrance from the BET Road (MedC Circle).
   
3. People coming from Meera, Ram, Budh,  Krishna, Gandhi, Malviya Bhawans & MSA are advised to enter via the entrance from the Saraswati Temple Road
   
4. [font]All the people with bands and All Access passes will have entry from the Patel Statue.[/font]
   
5. [font]Professors/Faculty are requested to enter from the Patel statue entry.[/font]
   
6. Separate lines will be followed for boys and girls at both the entrances, please cooperate and stay in your lines.
   
7. Purses, carry bags, laptop bags, eatables and water bottles are not allowed inside the show. Please leave them at your rooms, we are not responsible for your belongings.
   
8. Bringing any intoxicating substance/beverages is strictly prohibited and strict action will be taken by the institute against people found guilty of substance abuse. Keep your QR codes ready at the time of scanning for a smooth entrance.
   

We kindly ask for your cooperation, encourage you to adhere to the instructions, and hope you have an enjoyable evening!

Kindly be informed that access to roads from MedC circle till the Patel Statue, through the Shankar-Vyas road, along with the road opposite to the vyas will be restricted from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. We kindly ask you to consider alternative routes to reach your intended destination.
