We hope this message finds you well and brimming with enthusiasm. It is with immense pleasure that we extend the invitation to you for the grand inauguration of the 42nd Edition of APOGEE, a showcase of innovation, technology, and the dynamic spirit of BITS Pilani's ingenuity.
Date: 4th April, 2024
Time: 7:00 PM onwards
Venue: Main Auditorium
We are thrilled to announce that our esteemed Chief Guest for this year's inauguration ceremony will be Lieutenant General Vinod G Khandare. With a career deeply rooted in the Indian Army and a current pivotal role as Principal Adviser in the Ministry of Defense, Lt. Gen. Khandare embodies the epitome of service, leadership, and commitment to our nation’s security. His presence at APOGEE underscores the spirit of resilience, strategic acumen, and unwavering dedication that we seek to inspire through this gathering. The inauguration ceremony promises to be an eventful night, with captivating performances from our very own BITSians.
For entry to the auditorium, please follow the instructions below:
- The main Entrance is the only entrance for the Inauguration Ceremony. Entry will be allowed from 6:30 p.m. onwards.
- Food and beverages are not allowed inside the Auditorium.
- Please refrain from bringing bags, purses, laptops, cameras, video recorders, and water bottles into the auditorium. They are strictly not allowed inside the auditorium.
- If you have any medical requirements and need to carry medical equipment, please contact the undersigned.
