Chemical Engineering Association: Recruitment 2021-22
Dear Friends,
Greetings and a very Happy New Year from Chemical Engineering Association, BITS Pilani!
Chemical Engineering Association is a group of motivated individuals aiming to promote awareness relating to chemical engineering and related domains.
We are an official student body under the Department of Chemical Engineering. We conduct various events, workshops, guest lectures/ talks, quizzes, etc. related to Chemical engineering throughout the year. Being a part of the association provides students with a good opportunity to get to interact more with seniors and professors from their discipline.
Some of the events conducted by the Chemical Engineering Association include:
1) Academic and career-oriented talks related to the field of chemical engineering to increase awareness related to Chemical engineering and related domains. We recently conducted talks by Amrit Om Nayak (CEO Indira water) and Vidya Amarnath (Founder, Paterson energy) as a part of our Chem-E-Talks series.
2) Organizing competitions/ events (Chem-E-trade, Dexter's Lab) during Apogee.
3) Other events include organizing farewells for graduating Chemical engineering students, organizing Teacher's day, and other activities involving students and faculty members from the Chemical engineering department.
We are now recruiting students from the 2020 and 2021 batches. All interested students may fill this form before Saturday, 8th January, 11:59 PM. There are no prerequisites as such.
