Guidelines for Yearbook Photos:
Please ensure that you abide by the conduct and guidelines for uploading the pictures and quotes. Given that these quotes and photos would be directly used for the physical copy of the yearbook, any quote or image that does not obey the following guidelines would simply be redacted in the physical copy.

Deadlines:
- Please note that the last day to update your profile photo and quote for the physical yearbook is 20th August 2023. The photo and quote that you upload by the given deadline will be final for use in the physical yearbook copy. However, you can still nominate, comment, vote and enjoy other features!
- The deadline for filling out the opt-in form for the physical yearbook is 20th August 2023. The opt-in form can be accessed through the portal’s dashboard. You will only be able to access the form if you have signed up on the portal.
- Please fill out the form with the utmost discretion. Once you have opted in for the physical copy of the yearbook, you cannot opt-out at a later point in time. If you have already filled the opt-in form for the physical yearbook (during batch snaps), you do not need to fill out the opt-in form again.
- Once the deadline passes, we will not accept any requests for either a change in photo and quote or opting in and opting out for the physical yearbook.
Guidelines for Yearbook Photos:
- Please ensure that you upload a clear image where your face is visible.
- The file should preferably be in a .jpeg or .png format and should not exceed 10 MB.
- Refrain from adding group photos strictly.
- Please refrain from photos that contain illicit items like alcohol, cigarettes, nudity, substance, etc.
- Make sure the quote doesn't exceed 140 characters.
- The quote must only be written in English. Refrain from using any other script or emojis.
- Offensive quotes will not be accepted. Your quote must not defame or criticize any individual.
- Please refrain from using any expletives.
Please ensure that you abide by the conduct and guidelines for uploading the pictures and quotes. Given that these quotes and photos would be directly used for the physical copy of the yearbook, any quote or image that does not obey the following guidelines would simply be redacted in the physical copy.
