Instructions for Examination
- Student must check the Examination schedule and seating arrangement for their courses available on AUGSD-AGSRD website.
- All students MUST bring their Institute Identity (ID) Card to appear in the Examination. Students without ID card will NOT BE ALLOWED to enter the Examination Hall/Room.
- In case a student lost his/her ID Card, he/she must immediately apply online for a duplicate ID Card on SWD website (https://swd.bits-pilani.ac.in/Login.aspx) and collect it at the earliest from the SWD office.
- After starting of the exam, during checking, if any student will be found without ID card, the Invigilator will collect the question paper & answer sheet and will ask the student to leave the examination room. Such answer sheets will not be considered for evaluation by course IC.
- Students must NOT bring any electronic devices such as Mobile phone, Smart watch, Digital diaries, Palm top, etc. to the Examination Hall.
- Exchange of calculators, geometrical tools, or any such thing will NOT be allowed during examination by the Invigilators.
- Students must NOT involve themselves in any kind of copying / cheating or the use /attempted use of trickery, artifice, and/or representation of one’s academic work, remove any sheet from answer book. Do not substitute with any other person to write examination on your behalf. Do not allow another to copy your work during examination. Any such cases reported will be dealt strictly as per the guidelines for the punishment of unfair means cases available on AUGSD-AGSRD website.
- All students must write examination. In case of extreme emergency, where makeup is sought, you should see the details mentioned in “Instruction for make-up” available on AUGSD-AGSRD website.
- Do NOT leave the exam room/hall without handing over the answer sheet to the Invigilator on duty.
- While coming for the writing Exam, you must ensure that you are wearing the mask.
