About the Speaker: Prof. Alessandra is actively involved in research in the area of Microfluidic systems, Drug Release, Transport Phenomena in Porous Media, Food Engineering, etc. She has published more than 130 research publications in the journals of repute and also worked on many projects related to microfluidic devices and food engineering.
