BITS Notice Board • Instruction and Entry Plan for EDM Night

=#ffffffGreetings from Audiforce! =#ffffffHope everyone is excited about today's EDM Night Professional Show!

=#ffffffPlease follow the instructions below for today's show:

=#ffffffEntry will start at 6:30 P.M. from two points, via the Temple Road and the BET Road.
=#ffffffPeople coming from Ashok, Rana Pratap, Shankar, Vyas, Krishna, Gandhi, VK, Bhagirath, SR & CVR Bhawans are advised to enter via the entrance from the BET Road.
=#ffffffPeople coming from Meera, Ram, Budh, Malviya Bhawans & MSA are advised to enter via the entrance from the Saraswati Temple Road.
=#ffffffProfessors/Faculty are requested to enter from the regular entry (Vyas Bhawan).
=#ffffffAll the people with bands will be entering from the Patel Statue.
=#ffffffAll the people with stubs are requested to enter through regular entrance (Vyas Bawan).
=#ffffffSeparate lines will be followed for boys and girls at both entrances, please cooperate and stay in your lines.
=#ffffffPurses, carry bags, laptop bags, eatables and water bottles are not allowed inside the show. Please leave them in your rooms, we are not responsible for your belongings.
=#ffffffBringing any intoxicating substance/beverages is strictly prohibited and strict action will be taken by the institute against people found guilty of substance abuse.
=#ffffffThe Shankar-Vyas road and the Saraswati Temple Road will be blocked for normal usage from 6:30 p.m. and we request that pedestrians and vehicles take alternate roads to avoid inconvenience.

=#ffffffPlease keep your QRs/Stubs ready at the time of scanning for a smooth entrance.
