Instructions to Invigilators During Examination
- Individual invigilation duties for Mid Semester examination (II sem 2023-24) are now available on the AUGSD/AGSRD portal under the tab “Invigilation Duty Chart''.
- Also, the Instructor-in-charge needs to collect the IC report for invigilators' details assigned to their courses from their respective department offices.
- All invigilators must report to the Instructor-in-charge (IC) 20 minutes before the commencement of the examination in IC Chamber.
- Make the students of one course occupy the alternate seats.
- Please check the detailed important instructions in the attached document.
