Welcome Dr. Anupama Rao
Please welcome Dr. Anupama Rao, who has joined BITS family as Deputy Chief Medical Officer in the Medical Centre.
Dr. Anupama has completed her M.B.B.S. from Government Medical College, Jabalpur. She also did CCEBDM from Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital Mumbai and Certification in Liver & Infections and Viral Hepatitis from ILBS Delhi.
She worked as an Assistant Intensivist (ICCU, MICU, POLY TRAUMA ICU) in Shri Shankaracharya Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhilai prior to joining BITS Pilani.
She did her House Job in Obs & Gyneac & even worked as Casualty Medical Officer at Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram. Worked as Assistant Lecturer (Medicine) at JLN Medical College, Wardha. She completed her Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Obs. & Gynaec from LMU Munich & was even a Clinical observer (IVF) - LMU Munich, Germany. Completed her PDF (Microbiology) from UCLA, Los Angeles. Worked as Medical Officer at IIT Bombay, CISF Delhi and at DCWA Delhi.
