URGENT: EPFO E-Nomination Campaign

Dear Colleagues,
In view of the office notice dated, 24th April 2021 and 13th November 2019 , this is to remind the EPF members who have not yet filled the e-nomination form yet are requested to fill the form and submit them to the offices of the General Administration (Goa: dyregistrar@goa.bits-pilani.ac.in and Hyd: gad@hyderabad.bits-pilani.ac.in) and for Pilani, to the HR-Section (hr.office@pilani.bits-pilani.ac.in) at the earliest.

The e-nomination facility for the EPF Members has been available on the member portal and members having Aadhar linked and verified can file their nomination online. A message has been displayed on the login page of the member to file e-nomination. Please find the attachment of the process flow along with the screenshots for your reference.
If the member fails to do so he would not be able to file certain claims online, for instance, filing of pension claims & death claims, etc. is dependent on the availability of e-nomination by the member. Offline claims which are allowed temporarily require more documentation and verification which is time-consuming and a reason for increased rejection/rejection ratio as well. Timely action on filing e-nomination would facilitate admission and prompt disposal of claims.
It is hereby informed to those members who have not completed EPFO's e-nomination process, to complete the process by logging into their respective member portal.
