This insightful session will be delivered by Dr. Bijay Kumar Sahu, Senior Regional Manager & Head, Outreach Office NRDC, under DSIR, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India. Dr. Sahu has over two decades of expertise in Intellectual Property, Innovation Policy, and Technology Transfer. He has mentored numerous startups and innovators in leveraging intellectual property for growth and commercialization. Under his leadership, NRDC’s Technology and Innovation Support Center (TISC) received the National IP Citation Award in 2020 and 2023, and he was recently honored with the Golden Pillar Award. Dr. Sahu has also contributed significantly to building India’s innovation ecosystem and aligning it with global innovation networks for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
