Vehicle Registration - II

Dear Student,

 

We are updating the vehicle record of PhD students. Some of you brought new vehicles on campus. Please note that the form is to update the record. Those who have filled may ignore this mail.

 

We need the information for records at the security office. The last date of filling the form is 18 September 2021 (11:00 PM). 

 

Please note the following:

• Please be ready with the scanned copies of your vehicles' Registration Certificate and driving license before filling the form. You have to upload the document in the given form in a single file.
  
• Nobody will be permitted to drive a vehicle on campus without a valid license and vehicle documents.
  
• An incomplete & incorrect form will be rejected.
