[SU Elections 2023-24] Oath-taking Ceremony

Greetings from the Election Commission!

 

This is to inform the GBM that the Oath-taking Ceremony for the newly elected Union Council for the Academic Year 2023-24 will be taking place on 20th September 2023, Wednesday, at 5 PM in the NAB Auditorium.

 

The ceremony will begin with brief addresses by the Director, Prof. Sudhirkumar Barai, followed by the Dean Administration, Prof. Sanjay K Verma, Associate Dean SWD, Prof. Navin Singh, and the Chief Warden, Prof. Rajesh P Mishra. After this, the President-elect, General Secretary-elect, and Hostel/Day Scholar Representative-elects would be administered their oaths by the Election Commission.

All the elected representatives are requested to be present five minutes before the beginning of the event to avoid delays.

We extend a warm invitation to the entire GBM to attend this event.
