Important instructions for MID Semester Examination invigilation (I sem, 2023-24)

Instructions to Invigilators During Examination

 

• Individual invigilation duties for MID semester examination (I sem 2023-24) are now available on the AUGSD/AGSRD portal under the tab “Invigilation Duty Chart''. 
  
• Also, the Instructor-in-charge needs to collect the IC report for invigilators' details assigned to their courses from their respective Department offices. 
  
• All invigilators must report to the Instructor-in-charge (IC) 20 minutes before the commencement of the examination in IC Chamber. 
  
• Make the students of one course occupy the alternate seats.
  
• Please check the detailed important instructions in the attached document.
