Student’s Leave Report portal

Dear Colleagues,
 

This is in reference to the following email sent to students by Chief Warden.

 

Considering the same, a portal namely “Student’s Leave Report (For IC)” has been developed and made available to all Instructor In-charges (ICs) under the Academic Services tab of AUGSD-AGSRD website (https://academic.bits-pilani.ac.in/). Using this portal, ICs will be able to download the list of students whose leave applications have been approved by the Wardens along with the date of their return to campus.

 

Accordingly, you are requested to provide the opportunity to the students for online classes as well as evaluations components (excluding Mid Semester Make-up and Comprehensive Exams) during their leave period.
